From booking to driving licence
- 1. Book a free trial lesson, we'll meet you and assess your level.
- 2. Choose your package, pay-as-you-go or a fixed lesson bundle.
- 3. Take the CBR theory exam in English (we help you book it).
- 4. Drive lessons twice a week or daily (intensive option available).
- 5. Take the CBR practical exam, entirely in English.
From scratch or conversion
Never driven before? No problem, we start from the basics. Already have a licence from another country? Many EU/EFTA licences can be converted; others need a partial exam. We'll advise you.
Modern lesson cars
Volkswagen and Toyota manual + automatic cars, well maintained, equipped with dual controls. Lessons are 80 minutes, enough time to actually progress.
Flexible scheduling
Daytime, evening or weekend slots. We work around your study or job schedule. Intensive 10-day or 14-day courses available.

FAQ, driving lessons in English
Can I take the CBR theory exam in English?
Yes. The CBR offers the theory exam in English (and German). You can choose during the booking. We'll prepare you for it.
Is the practical exam in English?
Yes, most CBR examiners in Arnhem are happy to conduct the exam in English. You can request this when scheduling.
Can I convert my foreign licence?
EU/EFTA licences can be exchanged for a Dutch one. For other countries (US, Australia, India, Brazil, etc.) you typically need to pass the Dutch practical exam (and sometimes theory). We help with the paperwork.
How long does it take?
From start to finish: typically 3–6 months depending on your pace. With our intensive course (10 or 14 days), you can be done much faster.
Do I need a Dutch BSN to enrol?
You need a BSN to take the CBR exams. If you're an international student or expat, you'll have one through your registration with the gemeente. If you're staying temporarily and don't have a BSN, contact us first.
